IELTS writing tasks you submit for AI feedback — including your question prompt, written response, and any uploaded images — are stored to provide you with a review history and improve our service.
Credit & Payment Records
We store records of your credit balance, recharge requests, and transaction history. Payment is processed via bKash; we do not store your bKash account details directly.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with our platform — pages visited, features used, and session timestamps — to improve performance and user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Lovely IELTS platform
- Process your IELTS writing submissions and return AI-generated feedback
- Manage your account, credit balance, and writing history
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
- Send important service updates (we do not send marketing emails without your consent)
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the platform's features and performance
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access
4. AI-Powered Writing Analysis
Lovely IELTS uses third-party AI services to analyse your IELTS writing submissions and generate band score feedback. When you submit a writing task:
- Your writing text and question prompt are sent to an AI provider for processing
- The AI provider processes this data solely to generate your feedback and does not use it to train their models
- Submissions are stored in our database linked to your account so you can access your review history
We recommend you do not include sensitive personal information (such as national ID numbers or financial details) in your writing submissions.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- AI Service Providers: Writing submissions are processed by our AI provider as described in Section 4
- Database & Hosting: Your data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL), a secure cloud database service
- Authentication: We use Google OAuth for sign-in; Google's privacy policy applies to data handled by Google
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
- Secure, access-controlled database storage
- Authentication tokens managed securely via session-based systems
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to using best practices.
